Wild Web Snc Di Lorenzi F. E Minchio S. has been designated as external data processor pursuant to art. 28 of EU Reg. 2016/679 and the national legislation in force, as a provider of development and maintenance services for the web platform, as well as for the provision and operational management of the technological platforms used.

3. PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
Data processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the above-mentioned headquarters of the Company and is handled only by technical personnel in charge of processing. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated. FERRARI-PAY will treat the data and information received confidentially.
